Which shipping couriers does ShipBob negotiate rates with?

We have negotiated bulk discounts from Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx for both national and international rates across different service levels, and pass those savings on to you.

Does ShipBob offer returns?

Yes, ShipBob offers returns management as a value-added service. ShipBob charges a small processing fee per returned order (this includes the processing of all items in the return and is only applied to your account when the return physically arrives in our fulfilment centre). Label buying for returns through ShipBob is optional. You can buy a label from us at a discount, otherwise, you can buy your own labels or ask your customers to buy them. Learn more here.

Shipping costs are variable in nature, based on weight, dimensions, destination, service, and more. Each ShipBob quote is customised to give you the most accurate rates possible, and also takes batch-able orders, volume, and other factors into account.
